Me: What is your foreclosure rate sitting at now?

Back to work. That was ten minutes I won't get back. He probably would've hated the CAD terms too.

I thought we got rid of all the bad brokers and LOs here. He might be the last one out.

Yep...two calls already today. The one I just got off the phone with was a real piece of work. It's gonna get worse before it gets better.

The worst part is, I lost my train of thought talking to this dude. Took me a bit to get back into what I was working on. I should turn the ringer off.

I agree with Warren.

The last gasp will be much more ridiculous. The only criminals still out there are of the most desperate sort.

It will worsen to a point that these brokers will be putting their solicitations for you to break the law in writing. That is how stupid these remaining jokers are.(plowboys excluded....sort of)
