I posted this same subject on the Urgent heading last week in error. However there have been numerous hits.
This is a followup. Further review of this limited form revealed, after digging through sketch and a couple of comments that this property, the second level was accessed from the exterior and was called an "apartment" but included in GLA. Recent buildout of this area was noted.
I called LSI and told them they did not need a review, they need a real appraisal report on a 1004 form.
The clerk's comment was "...we normally don't review 2055's".
