There are times when I have difficulty measuring a house ( hard rain, snow, ice, bad dogs, too many plants, etc) when I use the assessor's sketch but I always measure as much as I can on the outside as well as all of the interior rooms. My Disto has paid for itself many times.

I believe you already posted that several months ago tough guy........I just finished that sketch yesterday morning. You know the building on 1st and 38th. Had I had any idea how long that PIA sketch was going to take I would have upped the fee a bit.
