Hello,
I am went and got a warrant in debt for this deadbeat lender, and my court date
is tomorrow morning.
My question is,
What should I bring to court with me?
I agree with metamorphic. Definitely have all that information handy. I send all my late notices certified mail so I have proof of who signed for it. That way they cannot deny they didn't receive it.
Good lusk. I hope you get the scumbags. It irritates me when these morons operate like this. Some MBs have no moral sense whatsoever.
Are you going to small claims court? If the person who owes you is a corporation, did you have to sue the managing member or officer?? I need to take someone to small claims court but want to make sure I have the right person on the suit. If you have a mortgage company who placed the order and a letter from the Real Estate Broker saying "if it does not close within 45 days I will pay you", which one do I sue?
