Great letter; the only things I might suggest are: (1) there really are no 'industry standards' regarding any tolerance for when to conclude to a different value, and (b) reviewer's don't 'cut' values - they conclude to a value different than that stated on the origination appraisal. Otherwise, kudos! As a side note, I can't imagine someone being willing to put forth the effort do justify a value conclusion 2.5% lower than the origination value conclusion - especially for a 'typical' review fee.......
