Hey all! Just wanted to know what's been going on this week. I've been quite busy and haven't had much time to chat. How's business going?

Things are a bit better this past week. It was SCARY slow last week. We have focused on networking (even those 7:30 am mtgs!), applying to new lenders, etc. during the lull, plus I have ridden my bike almost every day this week! So at least I'm getting into shape.

Landsafe orders are at an all time low here. And I really don't have a clue what will, if anything, change following the recent buyout by Bank of America.

The VW plant is going to be of tremendous benefit to the market here. I feel more positive about the future of my business as well.

Good week this week, although just had a great client of 6 years tell me that they have to now start orderding their appraisals through LSI. Bummer.
Had a good mixture of foreclosures, refis and a purchase. Even did 2 bankruptcy appraisals.
So i cant complain.
Just quoted $1600 to a management company to do a 6000 square feet white elephant in La Follette. I think they will accept the fee increase, so i will have my work set out next week!
