Help FHA Cir?

I'm completing my first CIR and i have a few questions. The repairs were damaged siding and broken windows...vandalism.

1. What do i fill out for the Builders Name section...obviously no builder involved?

2. Next to the builder info are boxes "A" and "B" regarding report on site and not official. What does this mean? Do I leave them blank?

3. In Section II it askes for an Inspection Number. Again, what is this number?

Laszlo,

The form has more than one use. FHA inspectors use it to report on the status of new construction. You would leave all of those items blank.

For repair items that were called for on your appraisal there are only one or two check boxes that apply. The main one (given your post) is the one that says all repair items are complete.
