Yeah, heard it also over the weekend, but not from Bloomberg. My neighbor Banker. I can tell he has lost some weight, and it's not from a diet.

I have noticed many, many for rent or lease signs on commercial property in this past year. Also, many chain restaurants have closed. People have to have a place to live but they do not have to operate their own business.

Commercial and housing markets work in very close concert with one another. They always have and always will ... typically commercial lags behind housing in both development and decline.
