I'm a newly registered trainee in South Florida. I live in Hollywood currently. I would like to eventually start my own business and am interested in agricultural and commercial appraising. Hopefully things are going well for the members of the forum and I'm glad I found it!

We just had a short discussion about appraising orange groves in Florida. If you find classes for that, let us know. Apparently it's top secret stuff.

If you can stick to what you want to appraise, that will probably serve you well. Stay away from using AMCs for residential work if you can. I went back into the field after years of review work and the field has changed a lot, not for the better, unfortunately.
