High Value Field On Ms Sqft Addendum

Does anybody know what this "High Value: Class I / Class II / Class III / Class IV" field on the Marshall and Swift Square Footage Appraisal Addendum is for? I have looked and looked and looked and can find no reference or documentation on it... it is the area shown in yellow on the image below.. Thanks!

M&S has a separate cost manual for high value residences, which has its own classification system for costs for luxury home construction. Their standard residential manual isn't intended for use with these homes, but the cost analysis form still applies.
