I hope you're kidding. That's one ugly license plate. I like the old one better.
And I wouldn't be surprise if there is Conversion Therapy because many private rights and company rights (Disney) are being curtail and violated in FL.

The black background reminds me of the very old CA plates. Stop going backwards and move forward.
