How many active clients do you have?

Ter....How do you define a client? Since I do VA, there are literally 100s of clients but I am only counting VA as 1. We do work for several ERC clients but they may only order 1 or 2 a year. Same with REOs.
In order I would rank my business as follows:
1. VA
2. Fannie Mae
3. RELO clients
4. REO clients
5. Appraisal managements companies
6. Individual lenders (both local and out of state)
7. Individuals
At the present time I (we, have an apprentice) do from 250 to 300 appraisals a year. Add to that teaching a 75 hour class four (4) times a year and selling a few houses.....my cup runs over. God bless America!
