Have noticed over the past year or so, the MLS gets re-organized, and actually don't see any improvement, just more key strokes to obtain similar information. Anyone else noticed or does your system remain constant ??

I've been meaning to get hold of the people at my MLS.
There's a feature they have that does a quick analysis of a mass of data you pull up.
The first table is essentially useless to me, some medians & averages of Sale Prices;
I need to click to get 2nd table, which adds $/ft, and *with* the first is useful
- since it's a simple 6-line table, why not present all 12-lines at once?
Too complex for Realtors to understand?
Or.... Maybe Lee has it right: Because we can do it that way.
Minor change, probably major discussion.

You probably have a specific MLS committee.
Check your MLS roster for committee members; CC an email to all of them to discuss at their next meeting.

Ours added new google interactive maps and went away from bing (think a bing thing)

Now it's 10x's the key strokes and far worse delineation of data.

We have a major change about every five years. Dues will be cheaper next year, but all due Jan, NAR & MLS dues were six mo. apart

I have been privy to a Matrix (Corelogic) driven MLS. What a nightmare. :guns:

Bingo, they change every couple of months now, Agents hate it and it becomes more complex each time; why would any MLS Board give that control away ?? Amazing

A very good question. Its not like the Matrix system is cost savings to Agents regarding dues/fees.
