In another topic I posted the link to subscribe to a newsletter published by HUD. Just received the latest issue this afternoon, so decided to post it here for illustration purposes and because it has lots of links to various HUD info:

all real estate professionals-

Please use the resources below to obtain technical support and guidance on all your FHA Single Family (1-4 units) lending, appraisal, inspection, real estate and other related program needs. Please do not attempt to reply to these email list messages to obtain technical guidance.

A frequent question we get at HUD is: How do i contact my homeownership center and ask technical questions on FHA programs?

Answer: You can find a directory of states that are serviced by the four HUD's homeownership centers (HOC) on the web at: http://www.HUD.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/hoc/hsghocs.cfm

When you click on the state of your choice, you will link to one of HUD's four HOC's that serves that state. HUD has four HOCs. They are located in Atlanta, GA., Denver, CO., Philadelphia, PA., and Santa Ana, CA. They all serve multiple states. One of them serves your state. To obtain FHA Single Family (1-4 units) technical guidance please see the email links by topic on each HOC home page. (see above link) By using these links, your email question is automatically routed to the HOC that serves you. Also see the toll free telephone numbers and addresses for each HOC at http://www.HUD.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/hoc/hsghocs.cfm

Servicing lenders can visit HUD's National Servicing Center at: http://www.HUD.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/nsc/nschome.cfm

RESPA information can be found at: http://www.HUD.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/res/respa_hm.cfm

Manufactured Housing information can be found at: http://www.HUD.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/mhs/mhshome.cfm

Real Estate Brokers can contact the HUD Management and Marketing contractor (M/M) that serves your area by visiting: http://www.HUD.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/REO/mm/mmlist.cfm When you click on the state of your choice, you will link to the M/M contractor that serves that state. Please click on the Webpage, email link or use the telephone number of that M/M contractor to obtain technical guidance.
