Pam, maybe you can shed some light on this.

I sent you information on a Realtor that sold some homes involving fraud in January of 2007.

That Realtor is now a Broker that works for firstpreston.com, the exclusive listing company for HUD foreclosures in the market.

BTW 2 of the houses resold for approximately 40% of the previous sales. 2 have yet to be resold, and the other sold for about 50% of previous sale.

I am speechless.

The sad fact is Alan that the scumbags ARE running the show. Only way to change it is to hope for judgement day to arrive soon.

Sooner the better, the world is getting pretty messed up.

why dont you send the information to a local investigative reported. A little bad press may get the ball rolling.

Why is it that I think that linking the word "fraud" along with the website for a company is not a particularly good idea in this, a public forum?

I stand by the facts in the statement that I made.

Alan, all I can do is turn in the information for others to investigate, but I cannot force them to investigate or prosecute when they find fraud.

Like leading a horse to water...

I'll look for your report and see if I can put it in front of them all again.

I know, I appreciate everything you do.
