Another run of the mill Rural Wisconsin In Town Appraisal. What do you say????

Would this be functional or external obsolesce? Would this enhance the value of the home? How would you adjust for it? Where would you find similar comparable sales? How would you count it?

My self I could think of nothing better than opening the door on a moon lit night in the cool evening and gazing at the stars.

By the way this is the back door to the kitchen. Only other entry is the front door.

Guess I should add this is going to auction on Sept. 17, at 5:00 p.m. with a $10K opening bid. I set the signs today and will get the new appraisal in tomorrow.

Ray, all I could think of after reading "gazing at the stars" was Observatory! Now I am sure that an observatory would enhance value...:rof:

And a dinner bell right there too ... or is that for letting everyone in the neighborhood know you just got rid of some dinner?

But now that I think about it ... I think its offically an Attached Accessory Unit .... thats what Id call it.

That's what I was thinking. While working in the yard and needing a bathroom break, I wouldn't get fussed at for tracking in dirt and clippings.

I actually had a subject like that about 3 months ago, must be a Wisconsin thing!
