Congrats Young Lady!

I've passed the Cert Res test once and the Cert Gen test three times and am still not allowed to practice my chosen profession! I hope you have better luck than I've had, good luck with your three reports that have to be reviewed by the board, if any.

Congratulations Debra!!

Do you think the new test is any harder than when you took the licensee test?

Concrats Debra!!

How long do you think it will take to get your actual license? Do you have to wait until it is in hand, like California? I just got mine in the mail today! Yippee. Where should we meet to celebrate? Tee hee.. Everybody is envited!

Thanks everybody!, I'm excited...I think that I'll be doing the same work that I've been doing except that my ex-sponser is going to teach me to do review work now and the main thing is that I'm more marketable in my area now!

Stefan, that's what I meant by AQB Test-I did my interview/audit with the Tennessee Appraiser Commission monday and they approved me to upgrade from licensed to certified residential.

NC Appraising, I took my license test back in 2001 and I took the test for certified residential 11/14/07. I passed both of them the first time that I took them. I really don't remember if one was harder than the other or not.

Annelle, Congratulations!!! I have no idea how long it will take them to get it here. How long did it take them there???
