Can anyone tell me if IAS (integrated asset services) from Denver area is registered with the state of NM as an AMC.
I can't find them on the state website.

If they are not on the state website, then they are not licensed. The website is updated almost daily.

I guess I can't threathen them with state action.

Received my check. 75 days and two threatening emails.
Never again.

You can and should turn them in for operating without a license in NM.
