Must the name of the OA be provided to the RA? Pretty sure I read somewhere that the rule was changed and OA's name can no longer be redacted. Thanks

I have no idea! Interesting question. Whose "rule" would that be? USPAP? Or a client's? Or just an industry trend?

No it can still be redacted, but you should report that the OA's name was with held by the client.
