im licensed not cert. can i be on the FHA roset

I was previously on the FHA roster, im still finishing up my CE so my liecensed expired, i read that the FHA has stated that you must be certified, is this true, or do i have some kinda of grandfathered clause, please advise and thank you for your help

HUD has a 30 grace period to get your new license in.

Here is the information. There is a number you can fax your license to for renewal.
