Oh...this is a GOOD one! Just got an order......Here's the "instructions:

1) "Please have customer(s) sign disclosure notice!!"
2) "Please get customers income documentation!!" (What the heck is that?)
3) "If minimum value is not possible, do not appraise!!"

Notice everything is punctuated with (!!)

Apparently, not only am I being coereced into coming up with a value but, NOW if have to do their work for them too!! :eek:nfire:

P.S. The LO left me a message saying that my turn time was not acceptable and that I should be able to do it sooner!!!!!!

I'm just revving up.......This one's going DOWN!!

Man, you need to pick up the pace. Did you tell the LO that you have been sitting at your desk all week waiting for his call?

Blue 1-

While you're at it could you please paint the home too???

No...I'm sorry, you haven't been here long enough to take a vacation, and we need more of a notice!

Getting married shouldn't take longer than a week--you ran off without telling anyone.

Just a friendly reminder--your invoices are due by this Friday!

Where do these people come from?

Tim,

Haven't talked to the LO yet but when I do it'll probably be a simple NOPE! (That is after I've calmed down a bit!)
