There is a copy of said list in another thread. I know an appraiser who got "listed" and the name was on the list.

Yes, the list exists. I have been on it since 2004.

Yes, I was on that list until today. The reason I know is when the list showed up on the forum. I check it and found my name on it and the date. That date was the same date that the state notified the AQB that they had pulled my license.

I call IMac last week and did some research got a hold of their VVM department. They ask me to submit a copy of the Judges Court Order to the Great State of Wisconsin to reinstate by licensed. I did that on Monday and today I received conformation from them that my name had been taken off the list.

The damaged that was done last year will take more years then I have to undo. But as I find these little tid bits, I work at getting them removed.

The Great State of Wisconsin took months to notify the AQB that I had been reinstated, they never notified MARI till I did this spring. Some day I may collect the $20M that I filed a claim against the Department of Reg and Lic as well as the appraisal board. Lets see what they are going to do about the complaints I am in the process of filing against each of thier so call EX SPERTS.

As always, you have my support, and as we say here in Texas, "I got some whippen for you!" .

It took a while to get a "No" vote but there it is. Maybe they wanted to vote earlier but were detained. :)

The investigation is focused on the company—which was taken over last Friday by the FDIC—and not individuals who ran it, a law enforcement official said Wednesday.

And just how do they plan to convict, sentence and imprison a company, hmmmm??? :Eyecrazy:

They aren't, that's the point. It's all bunk. They'll pass a few more laws that won't be enforced and we'll be here again in 20yrs or so. All they have to do is indict a few rat bastid execs and the crap would end.
