When we first started having a separate forum for off topic (non-appraisal) talk, it was called "Offtopic" (how original)

I think Mike Garrett suggested the name "Watercooler" (not sure).

I guess I did what I did because if you will look at the volume of posts in the Watercooler, the majority are about politics and war, so it was easier to move the first page of "light" posts to a new place than to try to move all the "heavy" posts somewhere.

Anyway, the Watercooler Lite is not really a separate forum, but a "subforum" of the Watercooler. We can have subforums with the new setup. Subforums show up at the top of the original forum. One has to click to enter the subforum.

Of course we could always call them Regular, Unleaded, and Super

Or Light Beer, Dark Beer, and Malt Liquor

Also thought about "The Lounge" and others but fell asleep :asleep: and left well enough alone. :scrambled:

I like the new look, seems a little cleaner or something. It looks like the "view new posts" link shows the last few days of posts rather than
"Posts since your last visit". That's good, on the old program, if you logged in, read a couple posts, than logged out, subsequent logins might show only a handful of posts. :( And trying to keep up with this board, "view new posts" is my favorite link.

Also appreciate the watercooler split, so I can skip the arguments in favor of the chuckles. Thanx Wayne. B)
