Income Capitization Course

I am looking for a basic income capitalization course , other than the AI's course, either on line or in the western U.S. Any suggestions?

This isn't Western U.S., but you might want to check it out anyway. Sharon Lowman does an excellent job if you are willing to work hard in class. She is a working appraiser and a former math instructor. I picked up a lot of things with the HP-12C as well as all the basic needed Income Cap info.

go to www.masterapprisers.org. Diana Jacobs does an excellent job. Classes are in various places, vegas, texas, etc.

It was acceptable, and only about $100.
