Hi all,
I'm planning to expand my business this year and acquire new clients. Currently I am subcontracting from an appraisal company that has allowed me use of ACI. Naturally when the report prints, that firm's name is at the bottom of the page. I don't feel right using this company's software to write reports for other clients, so I bought my own copy of ACI making sure it was the same version.

My questions: Can I install my copy of ACI without deleting the version in my computer now? Or is it safer to delete the current ACI, reboot my computer and then install the copy I purchased?

Thanks in advance for your help and advice. :)

By all means call ACI, and get the answer and the "secret code" to unlock the software with your name preprinted on it.

Good luck.

Sorry I couldn't get the quote thing to work.

Normally ACI says there is no need to remove the old version. However, because of the name change it maybe better to uninstall your old version. I'ld call ACI on this one for the final answer. You're going to have to call then to unlock anyway.
