Wells Fargo just sent us a refi offer 4.750% on a 15 year or 5.375% on a 30 year with no costs paid at closing or added to the loan. This is a no cash out loan. Payment wouldn't go up much by switching to a 15 year since our current interest rate is 6.75%.
