Interest Rates to Stay the Same?

this morning I hear a few inferences (Ron Ansana for one) that rates may drop after the (27th?) meeting.

Yeah, mortgage rates went down again yesterday. If the Fed drops rates it will be interesting.

they keep this up we'll be busy for te next five years; when all the refi's stop, the forclosure package will surely come flyin at us, lots o people buyin what they can't afford. Talkin wiht one guy the other day, he's buyin based on a 2.9% Rate fer one year, so he could probably last 3 total years with the continual increas's, but what happnes if the market is in a downhill slide in the third year :?:

there's a lot of "risk" in the works now, so I hope the Banks are creating a "rainy day fund" cause the next storm could be a reminder of the depression years.
