In an Executive Committee meeting (behind closed doors and without recorded voting), the AI is taking the liberty of helping themselves to all of the chapter funds. All. The chapters may only have possession of three months of "ordinary" expenses, and all the remainder must be kept by National. In a mingled fund. Where the interest is accrued to the National organization. Where chapters must pay for the administration of the funds and for the privilege of accessing their own funds.

there is a thread going about it.

IF your chapter has any proprietary info, data, publications, I suggest your chapter copyright them ASAP to the chapter and not provide any more collateral the national can sell out from under you.
