Commercial market

In some areas of NJ I have already seen price come down. Both the commercial and residnetial markets here have slow down in the amount of orders. I have seen very little in the lending side, however the estate work, and tax appeals are still going strong.

The Cosmopolitan development in Las Vegas (51 story condotel/casino/shopping center in the heart of the Strip) was posted when the developer couldn't refinance the $750M interim construction note. Problem was not the feasibility, etc, but just getting the money from someone.
