Just wanted to know if anyone knows if there is a way to insert a pdf file into an Aurora Appraisal file?

Their is an "add" button on your tool bar that allows you to add a pdf to your report as well as give headers for the pages and add them to your table of contents.

Is there any way to change the form that it adds it on to? When I do the above it puts it on some generic looking form that doesnt have all the linked header info and formating.

Thanks Tim,

I have been using A la Mode software since the DOS days and I have never checked on that "Add" button. I should have tried that. It worked.

Thanks, Again! :clapping::clapping::clapping:

Have you tried "Full Page Header?"

I was just going to ask about inserting a page of Graphs into the report, found this thread and did it.

BUT!!! The quality stinks.

I created the graphs in Excel, copied each as a JPG using "Snagit" then made a page of four graphs pasting them into Publisher, then made a PDF of the page. That's what I imported into the report using the ADD button, and things are rather pixilated.

Any better suggestions???

Try printing from excel to pdf to start instead of the jpg nonsense.

The add file (pdf) feature of Aurora is one of my most-used/favorite tools. You can dump most anything over into a Word file and spruce it up (I do this with graphs and add narrative comments) and convert it to pdf. I find that using the "full page header" option is great, looks more professional.

Special Note: Be sure to insert the pdf's in the order that you want them to appear in the report. Moving multiple pages is cumbersome.
