After my 3rd 1004D assignment this week....I have decided to legally change my name.

Each of the three final inspections were for new construction and all were incomplete at my final inspection. One had no plumbing fixtures....one had no sod....and one had no appliances.

All builders representatives said "Can't you just say that it is complete?...It will be done by tomorrow".
I always respond, "Then why did the Lender/Client demand that I be here today?".

Anywho....I'm changing my name to "Cantyoujust"......because that is what everyone seems to call me these days.

Dude. Don't complain. Now you get to come back tomorrow, and double your money. Hell, you just made more on two final inspections than you did on the appraisal.

Builders are like kids.
Me: "Is your room clean?"
Builder: "Yup!"
Me: "Am I going to think it is clean?"
Builder: "As far as you know!"

I don't mind going back if things are actually done.
Perhaps they think done means I just put it in the oven. :leeann:

Last one I had was to check the gas was on since it was not at the inspection.
Took a nice pic of the blue flame on the stove, pay me! :coolsmiley:
