I am an appraiser in NJ with 11 years experience and am thinking of moving to VA, how is the work situation in VA. Enough to start a new practice?

You can't swing a dead cat over your head without hitting an appraiser in my area (Peninsula & Southside which includes Hampton.). The Appraisal Board has given out licenses like they were flu shots.

By the way, do you know how to shoot a gun. If not you may want to before moving to Hampton.
