Can anyone tell me the difference between the HP Jornada 567 for $600.00 vs the Win Total Professional for $900.00?

I might suggest that if you intend to purchase a Jornada, by the way I love my 568, look on ebay.
I bought my 568 with a keyboard and case for $385 + Shipping.
The WinTOTAL version of the HP Jornada is the same machine, but comes with the software. If you have the right version of WinTOTAL, Pocket Total is included, otherwise buy the software seperate and save some $$$.

Joe, let me clear up some confusion. WinTOTAL Professional is our popular desktop appraisal software with some of the main components being imaging, EDI, billing, E&O reviewing, Internet location maps, digital workfile, Worksheet PowerView with excel style capabilities that integrate into the forms, sketching (Apex IV Windows included), and a comparables database. It retails at $795.
Our field software, Pocket TOTAL, is sold separately at $245. A good method to see some of what Pocket TOTAL has to offer is by taking a test drive of it. Just visit our home page www.alamode.com and click on the Pocket TOTAL Test Drive image toward the middle of the page. It’ll walk you through a quick interactive sampling of Pocket TOTAL in action.
We also resell the Jornada HP 567 Pocket PC. It retails for $549. You’ll want this Pocket PC or something similar to run Pocket TOTAL. We like 567 unit because it has a handy flip-cover for screen protection, a nifty thumb scroller button on the side that’s great for scrolling through fields, an integrated CompactFlash slot to extend memory or place HP’s nice Pocket camera into. Then it has the other standard bells and whistles that make Pocket PC’s great for every day use (small size, 206 MHz processor, 64 MB RAM, 14 hour battery life, transflective screen for great outdoor viewing, etc.).
You may be confusing the $900 figure you stated with an ad we had in The Communicator magazine. In that, we have a bundle offering where you can get WinTOTAL Professional, Pocket TOTAL, and a HP Jornada $567 all for $995. It’s a pretty aggressive special that won’t be available much longer.
