Good afternoon!
I just sent in the app for a ME reciprocal license (Am a certified residential out of NH that has spent the summers between Phippsburg and Harpswell for 25 years) and was hoping that somebody could give me a call/email to discuss MLS access? I assume that it will mean joining the local realtor board (Mid Coast?) and it looks like you use an MLS system called IDX. There are a lot of different (and expensive) plans on their site, what is the plan that works best for appraisers? I'm hoping to start doing Casco Bay Island appraising this summer, gives me an excuse to go for a boat ride! Also, is there a C&R fee survey for the area? It looks like you folks charge much more than in NH, and so you should based on what I'm seeing for licensing and MLS expenses. Thanks in advance for any help anyone may lend!
