I just received a call from one of my only 3 lenders left.

They had an assignment for me, but they are users of aport. I advised them that I could no longer accept assignments through aport.

They advised that they are getting alot of calls from their approved appraisers that are also refusing to do anymore work through aport.

They will be emailing me the assignment directly.

Let's keep piling on the number of successes as we learn about them.:clapping:

A most excellent anecdote! You have heard the idiom "any port in a storm", well we should intend to weather this storm at sea. Batten down the hatches! No port for us!

now I need to get a pirate avatar?

I have a client that wants us to use aport. They keep sending orders and I keep delivering in my customary way. They moan and groan...but they keep sending orders. They either like/appreciate my work or they can't find anyone else to do my area. They send orders/requests for reduced fees...I reject them. I don't know how long it will last, but I am still getting my regular fees after a little back and forth (I am sure their protocol is to ask for a lower fee first...then give up when all else fails).

The client has always been fair and VERY RARELY asks for anything post-delivery. I hope we can keep doing business.

Stay strong.

All clients that send me work through AP pay me full fee and sometimes more. None complain. None hassle me in any way.

Dumping AP would be make me cry.
