Any idea why our MLS system is so painfully slow? It seems to just be getting worse and usually after the lunch hours. I've been trying to print out listings and sales for the last 45 minutes now for a PUD where all of the units are nearly identical and there is a lot of data. I don't know if the board is still monkeying around with the system or if there are just way too many users on at a given time. One glitch with the system is that you can camp out on the site all day if you want and you won't get timed out. Just venting, I guess.

I've noticed problems with the MLS system too. I called Donna a few weeks ago and she said nothing was wrong with their end. I've noticed that Mondays are not a good day to be doing any research since that is typically the day most agents update their listings. There are a lot of people on the system that day. It could be that there are just too many people on the system at the same time.

I haven't really found it to be slow, but i guess i do pull most of my comps at night. Thats probably why.
The only real problem i noticed was an unusual amount of B.S. in the listing briefs! (I can say that, i'm a Realtor)
Hey Thern, you should adjust your profile to accept private messages. I have something to send you but i forgot your email address.
