Land/Lot Appraisal Course?

Hi all - I'm looking for an online Land/Lot Appraisal Course and have been very unsuccessful in finding one via the RE schools I know of and a Google search. Does anyone know if such a course exists?

I'm located in Colorado (Denver Metro Area) so if anyone knows of a school that offers a "live" course I'd love to know that also.

I looked at AI for a course and there is nothing. Per your post I returned to the website and Dr. Boykin is not included on the "Instructor Name."

If you know of any other class I would be greatly appreciative!!!!!!!!!

Bobby - I apologize, I was too quick to post a response - I found him under "Find Seminars" - Thanks for the info!!!!

If anyone has any other information I would greatly appreciate it - I'm going to take a course, just need to evaluate a couple to find the right one!!!!!

I forgot it was a seminar. Dr. Boykin wrote the text book as well.
