It may be that it is time for all software companies to have transparency. It has become very evident due to the shenanigans of a couple or more of the software companies that may have been a significant dynamic cause of the economic real estate appraisal collapses. They know who they are.

The point is for all to come out upfront with what they are really doing. We know who the bad guys are and the supposede good guys, but there was a time of lag of no show that makes us question. Eitherway, It is about time for them to be accountable. Good of Bad. Before you get our money, show us!, make us Trust you! No more back stabbing as it has happened, an no more NO Show when you say you will, to many broken promises and is it being noted an spreading around.

You think you are on top of the world or at advantage? but that grass-roots garage shop company around the corner may and kick you in the *** if you do not begin to show us the love.

The point is, what exactly are they doing with our reports that we either send through their portals, conversions, and also to their back-ups? What are they really doing with our signatures? Why such proposed high fees to send our reports through their portals? Let the lender pay for it. Or can add that fee to our reports. Can we trust more signature programs? What vendor is really on our side or other parties with their agenda? What backdoor deals have been made that we are not aware of that go against us? ........................ So many questions, these days the trust is so watered down.

Some are just getting tired of it. Either stand with us or get ready for the market to speak. What are these guys really up too?
