Yeah, it most be slow for Bill.......

And this is one of the reasons to become an appraiser.....
Every appraiser has a number of fascinating stories about the properties that they have inspected. This contributes to interesting work and an interesting appraiser.

But nothing beats the fascinating stories about his school.....

says it all.
 
Citing appraiser income potential from a study done nine years ago isn't very relevant and a little misleading imo. I would be more interested to know a realistic assessment of what the current supply / demand of appraisers is before I plunked down my cash to attend the school.

Well, I guess I should not post what all the New York appraisers are privately telling me. I couldn't believe what I read, now I know why.

Thank you to all. The same tales from many separately tells me there is fire.
 
Of course you could always get additional certification provided you have a couple of years in the trenches, Pam you certainly qualify, tell you what, sign up, my treat......
