Licensed appraiser in Central California looking for commercial mentor

[asa2002]

I am a licensed residential appraiser and have been appraising residential property in the Central Valley and Bay area for the past 2 years. I am currently receiving more and more commercial inquiries from my clients and would love to begin working in the commercial field. I am looking for an honest and experienced commercial appraiser who can mentor me and review my work. I do not require part of their workload as I have my own clients, and of course the mentor will benefit from the fee split on my work. Interested parties please contact me and let me know.

Thank you,
