Hello Everyone,

Just got my License, Background in Real Estate sales, Mortgage loans and Title Insurance thought this would be a great way of combining all of the above.

My dream to work at an apprasial company or group for training and longer.
Reality is not looking very good at the moment does anyone have any contacts that might be intrested in my background?

Samira,

You might want to post what state your in. The only thing to say is that if your sending out resumes. Go in person, most appraisers that I know when they get them in the mail will just round file them if there not currently advertising looking for a trainie. When you go in ask if they know of anyone looking for a trainie. It can take awhile to get a job. Even as a licensed appraiser when I moved it took about a month to find a firm to work for.
