List of standardized appraisal abbreviations?

I recently viewed an appraisal with a list of standard abbreviations. I would like to locate a similar document. I couldn't make a copy at the inspection and felt borrowing the appraisal was out of line.

Does any appraiser have a similar document and do you include one in the appraisal report? My goal is uniformity and sensibility. I'm not sure if I would include it since the client / user can probably discern the intended verbiage. It might be useful to the HO.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
