so why do new construction listings sometimes/usually say do not contact listing agent as they are the lister of record only? so the on site sales agents are not licensed and cant put listings in MLS? or they are too busy? what is the reason for this? also, ive heard the broker get up to $1,000 to input listings on MLS in my hood which sounds outrageous and why am i not doing these myself?
