These people would make Machiavelli proud. The whole thing is so convoluted and twisted it makes your head spin. No wonder my mutal funds were in steady decline since last quarter of 1999 to Oct 2001, when I took money out of Wall Street pyramid scams.

Oh well at least from here on out it will have tax free earnings....

At least yesterday I refied the farm (by beating up the local farm lender) at minimal cost, no addl paperwork, dropping rate 1.45 pont lower and chopped 10 years off the loan... Told them I was going to a standard lender and paying out $5500 in fees to do it otherwise... cause it was a better deal.

For ONCE I timed it +/- right. 8)
rates jumped .02 this morning and loks like possiblyhigher later as the stock market ...er... pyramid scheme takes off again.

Trick with Ponzi shemes is getting OUT ahead of the herd.
Stampedes can hurt.
