What perks does your local MLS provide you for your dues/access fees? Maybe a free CE class/voucher, comp books or unlimited online RE forms?

Our board has some extra funds and wants to provide some extra service or perks. Looking for ideas or suggestions.

Thanks all.

A corrupt group of Board Members who have been caught altering the Bylaws, using the falsified Bylaws to rig a Board election, altering hearing record(s), threatening members, etc.

Would you like to trade Board Members?

Another Board I know waived the quarterly fees for all the Members when they had excess funds.

Fee waiver is the common perk when there are excess funds.

Mine has free training on using the MLS software.
Maybe some programs or spreadsheets to help analyze market trends? :flowers:

Thanks for the tips. Just joined the board and found out we have a pretty good bankroll. Discussed lowering the monthly access fee from $34 to $24 but I feel $10 is chump change to most business people and that money could be better served by offering a service.

But I am here for the service of 'the people' and if it is money you want, money ye shall get.

Thanks again.
