A realtor called me today and asked me if Log Homes are acceptable for VA. She said that USAA says that Log Homes are not insurable under VA. The property is a "kit" log home not a true built out in the woods shack, apparently it is a 3500 sq ft 5 b/r ....modern dwelling with an interior & exterior log finish on a block foundation.

Chapter 10 seems to be the chapter that this would be covered in and I do not see anything. I did a pdf seach of all other pertinent chapters and nothing shows. Does anyone know otherwise?
