I have a 4 year degree, a residential appraisers license and have recently completed several courses through the Appraisal Institute. Courses included, General Appraiser Income Approach, General Appraiser Sales Comparison Approach, General Appraiser Site Valuation & Cost Approach, and General Appraiser Report Writing and Case Studies.
