I'm cross eyed and frustrated after spending way too long paging through the MLS.

I have inspected a newer home in Downer's Grove, broker client, re-fi purposes....

As many of you familiar with that area, you may know there was a short spurt of properties that were constructed on the rear of a lot, (another home in front of the new home)....with the land divided so that the driveway belongs to the owner of the home on the rear lot. A flag lot of sorts, but no easement. Downer's Grove halted (or may be even still trying...have not got that far yet) the division of any more of these large parcels.

I am looking for another home that sits to the rear of a home....I drive the neighborhood and see them, but no one is selling, or has sold one...at least that you can tell from the listings and/or photos.

So, I am just checking with my fellow Chi-towners to see if anyone has appraised, for a purchase, a home similar to this in any suburbs. I need to see if there is a functional issue to even extract.

Any help is appreciated.
