Manassas Townhouse

I was researching a job I had in Manassas yeaterday and came across a number of townhouses(active listings) that were below 100K. A couple were even in the 80's. I couldn't believe it. I've been marking declining for some time now in Mans. but these are the lowest prices I've seen in 7 years there.

Any comments???

Mike, that area is ground zero for deflating values in the DC area it seems. What were they going for at the peak of the market ?

The ones that are at 85 now were selling at one point in 06' for 270-295

It sounds like they are back to 1998 prices, when the values started taking off...
