a sign of how difficult it is to sell new homes in Southern California right now, a San Diego developer is offering a "buy one, get one free" deal, pairing million-dollar homes with less expensive homes.

Too bad it ended on Saturday. Interesting... I've seen deals where the builder (or agent) throws in a car along with the purchase of a home, but not a twofer deal.

That ad tells me the purchaser for the first home is paying twice as much as he has to. Use it to wheel and deal!
